Claims submission
Through April 30, 2025, HNFS can accept claims for services rendered prior to Jan. 1, 2025. Log in to access our "Check Claims Status" tool through June 30, 2025.

HNFS recognizes beneficiaries and providers have questions about the changes in the TRICARE West Region. As the outgoing contractor, we have no authority or jurisdiction over TriWest. Here are some options available to you to have your voice heard:
West Region States (prior to Jan. 1, 2025)
Prior to Jan. 1, 2025, the TRICARE West Region included the states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa (except the Rock Island Arsenal area), Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri (except the St. Louis area), Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas (Amarillo, Lubbock and El Paso areas only), Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.
