Autism Care Demonstration: Eligibility
TRICARE Eligibility
You must be enrolled in a TRICARE health plan to be eligible for the Autism Care Demonstration (ACD):
- Dependents of active duty service members must register for the Extended Care Health Option (ECHO) to participate in the ACD. ECHO registration deadlines apply. Learn more on our Registering for ECHO page.
- Those covered by TRICARE under the Transitional Assistance Management Program, Continued Health Care Benefits Program, or as a foreign force member also may be eligible for the ACD.
Autism Spectrum Disorder Diagnosis
You must be diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to receive services under the ACD. The diagnosis must be from a TRICARE-authorized primary care manager or TRICARE-authorized ASD referring or diagnosing provider.
