Stress Management Coaching Program

This 6-12 week, one-on-one stress management coaching program is for TRICARE West Region beneficiaries only.

The sessions are designed to educate and help you accomplish your personal needs and goals around managing and reducing the effects of stress. You will be encouraged to take weekly action steps to practice techniques that will help reduce the effects of stress and lead to long-term lifestyle habits.

In addition to learning a variety of tips and techniques for managing stress, a variety of topics affecting stress are offered, including:

  • Constructive thinking and mindfulness
  • Sleep health
  • Physical activity and nutrition
  • Balance and time management
  • Communication tips
  • Personal responsibility

What to Expect: Once we have processed your registration, you will receive an email from our Healthy Living email account with a pre-assessment to complete. Please note, you may need to check your spam folder if you do not see it within one week. Completing the pre-assessment will help facilitate your coaching calls. When we receive your pre-assessment we will call you to schedule your first appointment with your coach.

 

Please note: If you feel you have uncontrolled anxiety, you may nominate yourself for one-on-one coaching for anxiety with a behavioral health specialist.
