Confidentiality of Network Provider Agreements

Please review this important reminder about the confidentiality of network provider agreements with Health Net Federal Services, LLC (HNFS).  

In accordance with the terms of Section 7.4 of HNFS’ Network Provider Participation Agreement (Agreement), your Agreement is subject to the confidentiality provision that precludes you from sharing the Agreement with anyone outside your organization.

This clause requires all parties—HNFS, payors, and providers—to uphold strict confidentiality concerning beneficiary health information, the terms of the Agreement, and any confidential or proprietary information or trade secrets.
