Your center point will be derived based on your:
A. Good Results
City and state – If an address match does not exist and the ZIP code is not found or entered, your center point will be the center of the city you enter.
B. Better Results
ZIP Code – If an address match does not exist, your center point will be the center of the ZIP code you enter.
C. Best Results
Address – If you provide a matchable complete address, your center point will be the address.

About Search Criteria
ANCILLARY PROVIDERS: Network locations or providers, such as home health care agencies, speech/physical/occupational therapies, laboratories and radiology centers, that participate in the care of beneficiaries by assisting health care providers in the diagnosis and treatment of illness.
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH FACILITIES: These may include network psychiatric hospitals, psychiatric partial hospital programs, residential treatment facilities, chemical dependency programs, substance use disorder rehabilitation facilities and psychiatric units, which may be free-standing facilities or within general medical-surgical hospitals.
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS: These include network providers of behavioral health care certified by TRICARE, which may include psychiatrists (MD), psychologists (PhD), licensed clinical social workers (LCSW), marriage and family therapists (MFT) and certified psychiatric nurse specialists. Additionally, TRICARE beneficiaries may see a TRICARE-certified licensed professional counselor (LPC), mental health counselor (MHC) or pastoral counselor provided they are referred by a physician (MD or DO) who also supervises the care.
FACILITIES: Network locations such as medical/surgical hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and skilled nursing facilities.
PHARMACIES: Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) that have agreed to fill prescriptions for individuals using TRICARE program options. TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery, administered by Express Scripts, is also available to beneficiaries.
PRIMARY CARE MANAGERS (PCMs): An MTF provider or team of providers, an individual network provider or a clinic who assumes primary responsibility for providing and coordinating a beneficiary's total health care needs. Enrolled beneficiaries agree to initially seek all non-emergency, non-mental health care services from their PCMs.
SPECIALISTS: A network physician or other healthcare professional, usually with special advanced education and training, who generally provides services other than what a Primary Care Manager (PCM) offers.
