As of Jan. 1, 2025, TriWest Healthcare Alliance (TriWest) is the regional contractor for the TRICARE West Region. All claims for dates of service on or after Jan. 1, 2025 must be submitted to TriWest.

Health Net Federal Services can accept claims for dates of service prior to Jan. 1. These must be submitted to us by April 30, 2025.
