The Red Hill fuel spill, which occurred in O’ahu, Hawaii on Nov. 20, 2021, resulted in spilled fuel entering the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam water system. TRICARE beneficiaries who were exposed to the fuel spill and believe they are experiencing symptoms should talk with their doctor.
