This four to eight-week, one-on-one healthy eating coaching program is for TRICARE West members only. The sessions are designed to educate and help you accomplish your personal needs and goals around eating healthier. You will also be encouraged to take weekly action steps that will lead to continuing long-term lifestyle habits.

This program focuses on a variety of nutrition topics and is tailored to your needs. Topics may include:

  • Eating right with MyPlate and the Mediterranean diet
  • Label reading and portion size
  • Healthy cooking and dining out
  • Food safety
  • Meal planning
  • Guidelines for fiber, sodium and water
  • Information on added sugars and alcohol

If you've had struggles with starting or staying on a healthy eating plan, this may be the perfect program for you.

What to Expect: Once we have processed your registration, you will receive an email from our Healthy Living email account with a pre-assessment to complete. Please note, you may need to check your spam folder if you do not see it within one week. Completing the pre-assessment will help facilitate your coaching calls. When we receive your pre-assessment we will call you to schedule your first appointment with your coach.
