Health Net Federal Services, LLC would like to remind providers that 1099 tax forms were mailed out on January 23, 2024. If you have not received your 1099 form, need a replacement form, or have questions, please reach out to PGBA, LLC, our claims processing partner, using one of these contact methods:

Please do not call our TRICARE customer service line to request a 1099, as we are unable to assist with tax-related requests or questions.
